 While this is not technically a clinic the way our usual video clinics are this will help in the same way.
Putting is one of the most, if not the most, crucial parts of any disc golf game. In order to get really good at this part of the game is to do what most hate to do, practice!

 For those of you out there lucky enough to have a Wii, I do woot, and love to play disc golf, check there too, then THQ might have made what many of us have been waiting for.
THQ plans to release Big Beach Sports June 24, 2008 and at a reasonable $29.99 could make for a great addition to any Wii owners inventory of games.

Friday Night Glo...or should I say soak! |

 The first Friday Night Glo was setup last night by the SIUC Disc Golf RSO and the outcome was, well, wet!
Just as those that went to the SIUC Drive-In last night found out there was a storm brewing that quickly moved into the area putting a halt to the night time activities.
The RSO was able to get the course setup with the multi-colored LED lights which worked like a charm!

 Spring 2008 semester is coming to a close with only a week left of classes and then on to finales week. This can only mean it is time once again for the RSO members to battle it out to see who will become the new Bag Tag Champion.
While we did not do as good of a job with planning and preparing as we did last semester we still have a good field of players and this Bag Tag Madness should be an interesting one to see what the outcome is.

 With the upcoming event on Friday we contacted Eric Welch to help try and get the word out. Low an behold today I got an e-mail with information pertaining to Disc Golf on SIUC Campus.
While this article does state that the RSO will provide anyone a glow disc or lead light, we have limited supplies of those items and it will be a first come, first server bases.
