E-Mac Takes Players Cup By One Over Barsby
He's been tearing up the Tour for over two years, and Eric McCabe has now achieved what many have been expecting by bagging his first PDGA Major win with a one-throw victory at the Players Cup in FL. A 1076-rated, 12-under-par final round kept E-Mac a throw ahead of Cali's Gregg Barsby, who was edging to take away the lead throughout the final holes and finished 2nd. Geoff Bennett and Nate Doss tied for 7th.
Congratulations to National Champion Nate Doss
Rock Hill, SC - Two-time disc golf World Champion Nate Doss of California has added the United States national trophy to his mantle after a four-throw victory at the USDGC. Doss made only five bogeys through four rounds, and was bogey free in round two when he tied the Winthrop Gold course record with a 13-under-par 55. Well done Champ!
