 While I have yet to write up an official review on great course known as Rock Springs in Alton, IL I was surprised to run across an article on the web about it.
It seems they have gotten around to finishing the teeboxes there which will make the course all the better, now if they can get their signage complete this will be an all-around great course and really a great course for the Southern Illinois area, even if it is almost 2 hours away.
