While at a recent event at the Student Center I was able to chat with the Sports Club Manager Shane Bennett. Shane had mentioned that the Rec Center was going to have a website redesign coming out soon so I ventured over there to take a peek and see when it would be up. It's not yet but I did notice a little blurb about disc golf.

As most of us know our baskets are old but I did not realize they were installed back in 1981, prior to many of our current memebers even being born! So check out the PDF that they had on their site from the Daily Eygptian from 1981.

Interesting that there is a bike lock in the chains!

Seems overall not much has been made in ways of progressing the disc golf facilities on campus over the past what, 28 years!

the course was 9 baskets by the rec center when I was there 8/84 - 12/88
we shared an eclipse or mostly threw the heaviest whamos
played there again when visiting couple years ago
